About HavokArgo

HavokArgo moves parcels and mail between Malaysia and Uzbekistan, in both directions. We started in 2023 sending things for people we knew, and we're now building that into a proper company. Today we move about 120 kg every week.

Who we are

We're three people who've lived in Malaysia for more than 8 years and travel the route 5–8 times a year. What started as sending parcels for family and friends is now becoming a real company — the process hasn't changed, we're just building it to run reliably for people we haven't met yet.

Why we started

On those trips we kept seeing the same problem: people waited a long time to send a parcel from Uzbekistan to Malaysia, or from Malaysia to Uzbekistan. In 2023 we started HavokArgo to make that faster, using travelers who are already flying the route.

Meet the team

No call center — three people, and one of us answers when you write in.

  • Jamoliddin

    Tashkent — product & receiving

    Builds the HavokArgo product and receives parcels in Tashkent, checking each one before sending it on to the recipient.

  • Abdurahmon

    Malaysia — pickup & checks

    Picks up parcels in Malaysia, checks what's inside, and hands them to a traveler flying to Uzbekistan.

  • Fazliddin

    Malaysia — pickup & checks

    Works alongside Abdurahmon in Malaysia — collecting parcels, checking them, and coordinating with travelers.

    Jamoliddin picks it up from the traveler and checks it again.

    Sent onward

    Usually dispatched the same day or the next, depending on when the traveler lands.

Care & accountability

We photograph every parcel right before we take it from the sender, and again once it's been received on the other end. If anything looks broken or missing, the sender or the recipient can ask us to check those photos.

If something is lost or damaged while it's with us, we'll refund it. If it's damaged because it wasn't packed to survive the trip — fragile items especially — that's on the sender, so pack accordingly.

Where we work

We work out of Kuala Lumpur and Tashkent — that's where parcels are collected, checked, and handed to travelers. No warehouse, just where we live.
